The terms “Nerys”, “Nerys Cattermole”, “Nerys Cattermole Jewellery”, “our”, “we” or “us” refer to Nerys Cattermole trading as Nerys Cattermole Jewellery. Our address is 9 North Street, Charminster, Dorchester, Dorset DT2 9QS.

POLICY

We are totally committed to protecting the privacy of our site visitors and customers. We will not disclose information about our customers to third parties except where it is a necessary part of providing a service to you – e.g. arranging for a product to be sent to you.

We will not rent or sell your name, address, e-mail address or personal information to any third party without your permission.
We will not rent or sell your personal information, other than as part of a sale of the whole or a substantial part of the assets of Nerys Cattermole Jewellery without ensuring that suitable arrangements are in place to protect your privacy (unless required to do so by law).

We may analyse user data to decide which users to include in any promotional campaigns we may run. We may also use aggregate information and statistics for the purposes of monitoring Web site usage in order to help us develop the Web site and our service and may provide such aggregate information to third parties. From time to time we may provide your information to our customer service agencies for research and analysis purposes so that we can monitor and improve the services we provide.

ORDERING

Before you place an order with us, if you have any queries or are unsure of anything at all, please contact us and we will try to answer your queries.

To order through this website, you will need to place your chosen pieces In the shopping cart and proceed to the checkout, following the onscreen instructions to complete your order. Your order will be placed by pressing the confirm order button at the end of the checkout process.

We will send you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. This is not an order confirmation or an order acceptance from us. The display of items on this site is only an invitation to treat.

As your product is shipped, we will send you a dispatch confirmation email.

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.

Non acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

  • the product you ordered no longer being available
  • our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
  • the identification of a pricing or product description error

If you make a mistake when placing your order and this mistake cannot be corrected in the Shopping Basket, please contact us immediately to correct the mistake. If we have already begun to process any such order made by mistake and have incurred costs in doing so, you still may be charged and therefore it is important to contact us as soon as you become aware that a mistake has been made.

DELIVERY

Unless the piece you have selected is already in stock, please bear in mind that Nerys will have to make the piece from scratch which, depending on which item you chose, may involve ordering in of materials or sending the item off to be hallmarked. We will endeavour to dispatch the item to you as soon as possible and, if the piece is in stock, within 3 working days. If the piece is not in stock, please allow approximately 3-4 weeks from the time of ordering for delivery of your jewellery. However, if you do need to receive it urgently, please contact us before placing the order and we will give you a realistic estimate of the earliest delivery date we can manage.

As you will appreciate, we have no control over the postal system and we cannot be held responsible for delays in deliveries sent through the post.

If you have a problem with an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Any problems should be reported to us within 7 days of the delivery of the item. If you wish to return an item to us, you must contact us first to arrange its return before you post it back to us. Unfortunately we are not able to provide refunds on earrings. Please note that unless the jewellery is at fault, we will deduct the cost of postage from any money refunded.

Please note that delivery charges are included within the price for mainland U.K. deliveries only. If you wish an item to be shipped to an address outside of the U.K., we may contact you before processing your order to advise you of any additional delivery charges.
